Leila Farsakh is a Palestinian political economist and Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her work focuses on Palestinian political economy, labor, and questions of statehood, with a particular emphasis on the structures of occupation and economic dependency.

Farsakh is the author of Palestinian Labour Migration to Israel and a widely respected public intellectual whose research and writing contribute to critical debates on decolonization, rights, and alternative political futures for Palestine.
