Romana Rubeo portrait

Romana Rubeo is an Italian journalist, editor, and media researcher specializing in Palestine studies, decolonial narratives, and the politics of representation in international media. She is the managing editor of the Palestine Chronicle.

Rubeo has collaborated on publications, research initiatives, and public programming with academics and public intellectuals, including projects connected to media training initiatives in Gaza and broader transnational solidarity movements. Her research interests include settler colonial theory, media framing of conflict, and the relationship between cultural production and political legitimacy in contemporary international discourse.

Rubeo holds a master’s degree in Foreign Languages and is pursuing independent research and academic projects related to Palestine, media, and political communication.
