Mohammed Alattar

Mohammed Alattar portrait

Mohammed Alattar (Mo.Anker) is a Palestinian from the Rafah refugee camp in the Gaza Strip. He was directly affected by the genocide in Gaza and is an eyewitness to numerous crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces there. He works as a dock worker in Hamburg, Germany, and is a member of the Ver.di trade union. He is also a co-founder of the Bündnis Waffenlieferungen Stoppen (Stop Arms Deliveries) alliance and the MoVERDIentSoli campaign, which opposes arms deliveries to Israel and challenges the position of German trade unions regarding the genocide in Gaza and the question of solidarity.
