Roger Waters is a musician, songwriter, and co-founder of Pink Floyd whose work has reached audiences across generations. He is also one of the world's most prominent advocates for Palestinian liberation and one of the most outspoken critics of war, imperialism, occupation, racism, apartheid, and genocide.

A vocal supporter of the Palestinian-led BDS movement, Waters has dedicated years of public advocacy to opposing Israel's oppression of the Palestinian people and to defending the universal principles of human rights, equality, and international law. Through both his music and political activism, he has consistently challenged structures of power and called for global solidarity with peoples resisting injustice and colonization. Roger will contribute a special video message to the Congress.
